Leadership Team

In April 2006, the Collaborative launched a Leadership Team of diverse, committed leaders to develop and lead policy change efforts to improve L.A. County’s health care safety net system. Since its inception, the Leadership Team is meeting on a monthly basis to develop its governance structure, such as developing criteria for adopting joint policy issues, and has agreed on short-term policy goals.
