School Health Policy RoundtableSchool health centers engage students, parents, faculty and the community in building healthy environments. Access to medical, dental and integrated behavioral health services allow students to attend school prepared to learn and thrive. LA Health Action led and supported efforts resulting in the formation of the School Health Policy Roundtable, a countywide, interagency forum focused on strengthening this vital community asset. The Roundtable’s facilitation transitioned to a new supporter, the Los Angeles County Education Foundation, in fall of 2010.
