VCCC strives to create a seamless and better coordinated health care delivery system for the low-income, uninsured residents of the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valleys (SPA 2).
Health Care Focus:
VCCC consists of 200 members representing 73 different agencies working collaboratively on issues affecting the health and mental health of residents in SPA 2. We work to resolve issues and create programs in the areas of access to health and mental health services, chronic disease management and environmental health issues.
