Report summarizing the results of a cross-sectional survey conducted with 21 Healthy Kids programs statewide. A total of 4,011 interviews were completed with children ages 0-18 years who were established enrollees, new enrollees or likely eligible for Healthy Kids but placed on a waiting list. By comparing established enrollees to new enrollees/wait-listed children the impact of Healthy Kids was evaluated on a range of outcomes including access to medical and dental care, medical home quality, health care utilization, health status and school performance.
