Description:
Memorandum from the L.A. County CEO to the Board of Supervisors containing State Budget Conference Committee actions in response to the Governor's request of a 10% decrease in budget for the County Safety Net Care Pool and the South Los Angeles Preservation Fund. A 10% reduction to private hospitals receiving 1115 waiver funds was also requested. All requests were rejected by a vote of 6 to 3 and no change in the County budget is expected as a result.
